Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
We offer two kinds of refund policies:
- 100% refund
- 60% refund
All these are dependent on the reason for refunds. (See further notes below)
All returns and complaints must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund,
- Your item or service must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging (for physical goods).
- Your item or service needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Your item should not have been used or marked as service completed.
RETURN FOR PHYSICAL GOODS PROCESS
To return a physical item, please email customer service at Refund@Ijidolaagency.com or contact us via +2347012929844 on Whatsapp to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
RETURN FOR DIGITAL GOODS and SERVICES PROCESS
To request for a refund for a service rendered by IDA or her support agents, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us via +2347012929844 on Whatsapp. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after investigating your query. If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- Sale (Discounted) items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- You may not qualify to request for a refund if you change your mind suddenly after payment for service or physical item.
- If damage to service rendered was deemed as self-inflicted, Third-party related or Non-IDA related.
100% refunds are only granted to customers who did not receive their delivery or got restricted before usage of the product or service purchased and have been seen not to be self-inflicted.
60% refunds are offered to customers where the damage was seen to be partly service-related and applies to only services completed with a partial defect by IDA.
